How to travel from Milan to Perugia by Intercity train

The only direct trains from Milano to Perugia are the two early evening departures; the faster, but typically more expensive Frecce train and the Intercity train.

If you'll want to arrive in Perugia before 20:30 you'll need to take a Frecce train to Firenze S.M. Novella and then connect there for a Regionale train on to Perugia.

It is typically scheduled to arrive in Perugia at 22:30.

This train will use the high speed line from Milano Firenze, where it will reverse direction, and then use another high speed route from there on to Arezzo.

This train is usually scheduled to depart at 17:40 and arrive in Perugia at 23:21.

Final Destination: Terni
