This daily direct to the main station in Lyon is usually scheduled to depart from Torino at 16:11 arrive in the French city at 20:28
However, if you want or need to arrive in Lyon earlier, comparatively straightforward connections are available in Chambery from the TGV trains which depart at 07:39 and 10:11
Leave Torino by the 07:39 and you should be in arriving in Lyon at around 11:15; depart Torino on the 10:11 train and you should be in Lyon by 14:55.
