This is a pleasant journey, with some sporadic nice views.
If your reserved seat is on the left, there are some nice coastal views over Marseille as the train departs the city.
Then between Montpellier and Narbonne the train follows the coast, the Mediterranean is on the left, but the train passes a series of lagoons and these are best appreciated if you are sat on the right.
Between Narbonne and Toulouse, the train takes a path through a typically French rural landscape, look out for the many river crossings.
