You may have to change trains at Mouscron - despite joining a train that is apparently heading to Anvers.
Now that the service of Thalys trains from Lille to Anwterpen has been withdrawn, these IC trains are the only direct trains between the two cities.
Final Destination: Anvers
Anvers is the French name for Antwerp/Antwerpen - so when looking at the departure board and info screens at Lille Flandres station, you need to look for the trains heading to Anvers.
All trains also call at: Mouscron; Kortrijk (connect for Ypres/Ieper), Gent St-Pieters (connect for Brugge), Gent-Dammport and Antwerpen-Berchem
These trains call at Antwerpen-Berchem station before they arrive at Antwerpen Centraal station.
It's worth looking up the connections to your final destination in Antwerpen, particularly if it is to the south of the city centre.
Many areas of the city have easier and faster public transport connections from Berchem station.
