Rail Pass Users:
If you will be travelling with an InterRail or Eurail pass, you will have to pay a reservation fee prior to boarding these TGV trains; more info is available on our guide to using rail passes in France.
Though our advice is to try and avoid using your pass on this route, it can seem a high price to pay for such a comparatively short journey, if you're happy to spend two hours travelling to Reims, there is an option for travelling by TER trains by making a connection in Epernay

Some journey options, you will find on the ticket agents websites, can involve making a connection at Champagne-Ardenne TGV station.
But avoid booking to Champagne-Ardenne TGV station if you're heading to Reims city centre.
Champagne-Ardenne TGV is sometimes described as being 'near Reims', but it's actually 8km from Reims and is in the middle of nowhere.
So only useful if you're parking a car there, or if someone with a car can collect you.
