London to Bourg-St-Maurice by train

Due to the pandemic Eurostar suspended its direct service of trains to French ski resorts for the 2020/2021 winter ski season and it has yet confirm when they will resume.
There is currently no information about these ski resort trains at all on the Eurostar website.
So all the info below refers to when they were previously available.

During the French Alps ski season these trains USUALLY depart London at:
19:42* on Fridays
09:45 on Saturdays

*The 19:42 departure is an overnight train - the train is scheduled to arrive in Bourg-St Maurice at 06:17 on Saturday morning.
The Saturday daytime train is the faster of the two options.

Eurostar requests that holders of Standard Class And Standard Premier tickets check-in a minimum of 30mins before departure, and 45mins before departure on weekends and holidays.
If you have a Business Premier ticket, Eurostar recommends that you only have to check-in 10 mins before departure.

Arriving in Bourg St Maurice:

Onward connections are available in Bourg St Maurice to the Les Arcs ski resorts.

The Arc en Ciel funicular station is at the opposite end of the platforms/voie to the main station buildings.
So is located by the rear of the trains, though the access involves negotiating two flights of stairs

The funicular goes to Arc 1600 direct, shuttle buses meet the funicular for the journey on to Arcs 1800, 1950 and 2000.

Buses also depart from the front of the main station building on multiple routes/lines.

The cheapest advertised price is dependent on making a return journey between London and Bourg-St-Maurice.

The overnight train, which departs on departs on Friday evenings, is usually (much) cheaper than the Saturday daytime train.
